Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

The Perceiver Faith Movement is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all visitors, including those with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive disabilities. We believe disclosure and truth belong to everyone — and that extends to how our evidence is presented online.

This website follows the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — the international standard for accessible web content — in alignment with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Accessibility Features On This Site

  • Screen reader support — Every image has descriptive alt text, and all pages use semantic HTML (headings, landmarks, lists) so blind and low-vision visitors using JAWS, NVDA, or VoiceOver can navigate the full evidence archive.
  • Keyboard navigation — The entire site can be used without a mouse. Press Tab to move forward and Shift+Tab to move back. A "Skip to main content" link appears at the top of every page for screen-reader users.
  • High color contrast — Cyan, orange, and white text on a dark cosmic background all meet or exceed WCAG contrast ratios for readability.
  • Video controls — All embedded evidence videos include native browser playback controls (play, pause, volume, fullscreen).
  • Readable typography — Large, clear text that scales responsively. Zoom up to 200% in your browser without breaking the layout.
  • Responsive design — Works on phones, tablets, and desktops. No horizontal scrolling required.
  • Descriptive link text — Links describe where they lead (no vague "click here" phrasing).
  • Logical page structure — Every page uses proper heading hierarchy (H1 → H2 → H3) so assistive technologies can build a correct page outline.

Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As this platform grows — with new evidence, video footage, symbology, and field documentation — we continue to audit and improve accessibility across every page. If you spot something that could work better, please tell us.
