The same 50–90 mile operational zone is hosting documented underwater traffic directly below the surface and immediately adjacent to the land-based node sites. The aerial events, the rock-face signatures, and the underwater objects are all operating in the same envelope.

📡 OPERATIONAL DEFINITION — USO: An Unidentified Submerged Object is the underwater equivalent of a UAP. There are no human submarines in the Columbia River — the river is too shallow, too constrained, and outside any naval-operations envelope. The objects documented in this archive are not classified maritime craft, fishing vessels, debris, or natural wildlife. They are anomalous, submerged, and recurrent in a zone the Perceiver has independently mapped for decades.

📸 WHAT THE CAMERA CAPTURED: A 2024 aerial-satellite sequence over the Washington-side bank of the Columbia River along Highway 14. Frame #3 shows what reads as a distinct arrow-shaped luminous body beneath the dark surface of the river, with a leading bright tip and a tapered trailing wake.

👁️ WHAT THE PERCEIVER OBSERVED: Above the capture point on the mountainside there is a yellow / tan exposure that does not weather like surrounding terrain. The Perceiver has flagged this exposure for separate analysis as a land-side signature with its own classification — and it sits directly above the underwater capture below. A land-side anomaly above a submerged anomaly is the geometric pattern documented elsewhere along the corridor (Mitchell Point face above the river; Underwood crystal above the riverbed; Beacon Rock above the channel). The pattern is consistent. The yellow-exposure analysis will be published as a separate dossier when collection is complete.

⚠️ INTELLECTUAL HONESTY: Bright pinpoints and arrow-shaped reflections in dark river water can be caused by sun-glint, surface wake from passing recreational craft, fish schools, sensor compression artifacts in satellite imagery, or rendering anomalies in mapping platforms. ⚠️ INTELLECTUAL HONESTY: Multi-angle persistence inside a single historical date is a stronger pattern indicator than any one frame, but ground-level Google Earth composites can still generate correlated artifacts within a single capture run. Two of them appear paired (the elongated stacked formation in the center-right of the frame). The pattern is not consistent with surface glint (which would scatter uniformly), with fish schools (which cluster, not distribute across a depth column), or with sensor noise (which would not produce paired geometric pairings). The reading is: this is operational traffic, not background.

⚠️ INTELLECTUAL HONESTY: Aggressive color-filter passes can introduce artifacts and amplify noise that would not appear in unprocessed imagery. The Perceiver acknowledges this on the record. 📸 WHAT THE PERCEIVER IS DOCUMENTING: The yellow / tan exposure on the mountainside above the 2024 USO capture is not consistent with ordinary erosion or seasonal weathering. It is a discrete, geometric, color-distinct land-side signature directly above the recurring underwater traffic zone. The Perceiver has flagged this signature for a dedicated analysis and intel drop.
