There is an active, hidden, biological-and-mechanical operation running inside the Columbia River corridor of the U.S. Pacific Northwest. The operation is producing a standing army of predator organisms and hybrid soldiers from bacterial seed material, aquatic egg clusters, and laboratory-manufactured humanoid bodies. It is transported by mechanical craft staged at rail crossings along the water. It is directed by a caste-ordered, feud-driven lineage that treats human beings as harvestable material.

The Perceiver has documented the pipeline in the field — bacterial layer, egg clusters, camouflaged mature bodies, full-grown predators, transport craft, and the after-effect on the corridor waters. I-B · This Is Not Only Biological. It Is Spirit-Realm.

What follows is a compressed record of what the Perceiver has directly witnessed in the corridor. These are first-person captures. Full media, additional stills, and vault-only footage are held privately and can be released to the investigative team on request.

1 · Near-miss underwater approach (Aug 25, 2026)

The Perceiver entered a shallow section of the corridor. The full-grown state of the aquatic embryos surfaced through the grass mat and approached to within a close standoff. The Perceiver exited the water. Direct confirmation that the previously-dropped embryonic material has reached a mobile, predator-capable stage. Recorded on video; media held in the private vault.

2 · Active egg cluster on the riverbed

Translucent green-and-white globular spheres, roughly 6–10 packed together, anchored on the substrate inside the grass mat with a reddish hard-plated body edge nearby. Direct visual confirmation that the egg-drop programme is ongoing — small-batch and hidden inside the vegetation layer, not paused.

3 · Camouflaged mature bodies in the grass mat

Multiple rounded solid forms holding shape while surrounding vegetation flows with the current. Two-substrate camouflage confirmed: matching grass mat AND matching rock-bed color. Cluster grouping observed. Ambush-predator posture — flat pressed body, forward-oriented head. Paired dark eye-markers on at least two subjects, one specimen with a hot orange-red glowing eye.

4 · Big creature within ten feet of shore

Large elongated body just below the surface with a hump breaking the water line, a defined open-mouth cavity mid-frame, olive-brown dorsal coloration and yellow-olive banded dorsal texture at the head. Surface disturbance consistent with active movement. Approached to close proximity.

5 · USO transport craft staged at rail crossing (Aug 26, 03:07 AM)

Pre-dawn capture at the Columbia River. A monster body draped across a rail crossing with its head laid over the tracks, and multiple mechanical transport craft parked on the water alongside it. Compact structural bodies with dark plated upper shells and gold-orange interior color on visible surfaces. This is a staged operation caught in progress — not a coincidence, not a fish, not a natural formation.

6 · Physical embryonic specimens with eyes

Collected gelatinous specimens with eye-marker configurations matching the mature predators observed in the corridor. Same lineage; developmental sequence closed. Bagged and photographed. Specimens available for chain-of-custody transfer to any credentialed lab designated by the investigative team.

7 · Bacterial layer on the corridor water

Dark discrete particulate suspended in the water column against golden-tan substrate, non-uniform in size, with attached anchor points on submerged rocks. Filamentous bacterial-growth signatures observed where the water column meets the grass mat nurseries. This is the seed layer that precedes and accompanies the egg drops.

8 · Victim voices — faces on the water

The Perceiver has repeatedly witnessed the faces of the murdered surfacing on the water of the corridor. They cry out. They ask for justice. The Perceiver has drawn several of the faces on paper. The drawings are held in the private study and will be released on request. Scriptural anchors on the record: Genesis 4:10 (the voice of Abel's blood crying from the ground) and Revelation 6:9–10 (the souls under the altar crying “How long, O Lord, until You judge and avenge our blood?”). The corridor is a crime scene. The water is the evidence field. The Perceiver is the channel through which the victims' appeal reaches the record.

9 · Distributed observer pattern — Bonneville Dam → The Dalles corridor

Field observation on the corridor is not concentrated at a single site. The Perceiver has documented unidentified foot-soldier-class positioning at multiple points along the Columbia between Bonneville Dam (RM 146) and The Dalles Dam (RM 191.5) — a roughly 46-mile stretch of hydroelectric-adjacent water and forested cover. The placement pattern reads as coordinated staging, not random incursion. The evidence chain runs in three phases:

1. Phase 1 — Initial discovery: embryonic-particle drops from cloud tissue documented at Underwood Hill (nighttime, moonlight) and Stevenson (daytime, sunlight). Same class of event, two lighting conditions, two sites in the Gorge.

10 · Perceiver's assessment — Nostoc-as-embryo hypothesis (open call for peer research)

On Sept 17, 2026 the Perceiver logged a directed inner-perception reading that reframes the entire corridor-water phenomenon into a single biological hypothesis: the bright-green submerged Nostoc-form clusters observed in the shallow water are eggs, and the darker, matured Nostoc-form colonies collected on shore are embryos at a later stage of the same organism. Under extreme close-up the darker specimens show granular bubble-like structures that the Perceiver reads as visible eyes forming inside the developing embryo.

This assessment is filed as a Perceiver's hypothesis requiring peer research. It is not offered as verified species-level identification. It is offered as an on-the-record framework the Perceiver believes accounts for: (a) the embryonic-particle drop chain from cloud tissue documented at Underwood and Stevenson, (b) the Nostoc chain-of-custody anomaly (specimen present in the photograph, absent on the EPA follow-up walk), and (c) the corridor observer pattern of mobile mature-form units documented at multiple points along the 46-mile Bonneville → The Dalles stretch. What the field observations show, taken together, is not a habitat and not a series of coincidental sightings. It is one operation in continuous motion:

• The railroad. Rail-crossing infrastructure is the exact geography where the Perceiver captured USO transport craft parked in pre-dawn hours alongside a monster body. Rail rights-of-way run the length of the corridor and are the least surveilled surface layer at night.
• The Port. Port facilities along the corridor provide the water-access, storage, and load-transfer footprint any covert biological / mechanical logistics operation would need to run at scale.
• The Ferry. Ferry operations run cross-corridor across the same water body where the harvest infrastructure is observed and carry both passengers and vehicles unchallenged.
• The Columbia River Hotel. A specific waterfront lodging on the corridor whose access patterns the Perceiver's observations flag for examination.
• Parks and Recreation authorities. Public land management along the shorelines and rail-adjacent parkland — the ground where the corridor evidence is repeatedly captured.
• Local police departments — some appear partially compromised. The Perceiver's attempts at local law-enforcement engagement have not produced expected callbacks. Selective non-response of that shape is consistent with partial compromise at the department level. The Perceiver names no individual officer.

Adjacent criminal enterprises the observations suggest are connected

The pattern the Perceiver's observations trace is that the corridor operation does not run on lineage assets alone — it appears to be interleaved with human-run criminal enterprises that provide cover, personnel, and throughput. Observations point to possible ties between the surface allies above and the following adjacent enterprises:

• Underground illegal sex clubs operating in the corridor.
• Illegal sale of human organs and body parts — the connective tissue between the harvest chain (Section II) and a market on the surface.
