Sign the Citizen Petition — Government Transparency and Action Now
The Perceiver's archive has been on the public record for months. Multiple U.S. Senate and House offices have received direct briefings and multiple federal ASNs have visited the site. And yet the calls have not been returned in the volume this record deserves. The phone should be ringing. It is not. This petition is the citizen response: a public record of the people who read this archive, believe the case is credible, and require their government to move faster.
The Petition — What We Are Asking
We, the undersigned citizens, having reviewed the Perceiver's public disclosure archive at perceiverfaithmovement.com, and having read the Investigative Dossier prepared for Ms. Linea Gagliano and the office of U.S. Senator Ron Wyden, respectfully petition the Congress of the United States and the responsible federal agencies as follows:
- Transparency. Publicly acknowledge receipt of the Perceiver's disclosure archive and clearly identify the office or agency assigned to review it. Silence is no longer acceptable.
- Timely response. Return the Perceiver's calls and written contact within a reasonable working window. Federal offices have been briefed; federal ASNs have visited the site; the corresponding follow-up has not happened at the volume this record requires.
- Investigative action. Direct the appropriate credentialed body to open a formal inquiry into the corridor evidence — biological, mechanical, and human — documented in the archive and the dossier.
- Assign the Perceiver a research seat. Give him a key position of research inside the investigative effort — paid or on room-and-board — so the substantial unreleased material still held in his private study can move into the case record.
- Act before the possession threshold. The invasion phase of this operation is settled. Possession is the second stage. Every delay in credentialed follow-up moves the operation closer to that threshold. The clock is ticking faster than the current pace of engagement is set up to handle.
