📡 NEW CLASSIFICATION — AQUIFERIANS: The Perceiver names this class of non-human inhabitants Aquiferians — water-dwelling, dome-housed, operationally distinct from the Pacific Northwest reptilians, the Greenland pulsing-column entities, and the Mazatlán Bay USO operators. At Isla Tortuga, the Aquiferians live under a camouflaged dome, with a pulsing crystal energy signature beneath that dome. 📸 WHAT THE CAMERA CAPTURED: A 73-second satellite-altitude survey of Isla Tortuga in the Sea of Cortez. The video proceeds across the island and the surrounding shallow water column. Beneath the surface — and beneath what reads as a camouflaged-terrain layer — sits a pulsing crystal emitting short, low-amplitude flickers across the survey period.

👁️ WHAT THE PERCEIVER OBSERVED: The Perceiver had already been documenting the corridor elsewhere when arriving at this coordinate. The Aquiferians sensed the scan and reduced the pulse cycle. What remains visible is suppressed but not eliminated — short pulse events resolve in the dark water beneath the camouflaged surface. This is the same bidirectional-surveillance behavior the Perceiver has logged at Mazatlán (Playa Isla De La Piedra) and at Beacon Rock (the entity behind the boy at age 13).
