The atmospheric layer above the surface of the earth — the clouds, the sky, the strata where the corridor traffic moves under camouflage of storm cover — is treated here as an active operational layer, not a passive medium. Things move in it. Things hide in it. Things are documented passing through it on the public archive that have no conventional explanation.

Scripture, on the Perceiver's reading, does not contradict this. The Apostle Paul, writing to the Ephesians, addresses "the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience" (Ephesians 2:2). The architecture being documented across this archive — the cross-medium kettle-form craft, the cloud-cover camouflage layer resolved on infrared, the Guardería overlay — sits inside that framework with disturbing precision.

🏹 The Three Native Angel Protectors — A Revelation

📜 ENTERED INTO THE PUBLIC RECORD: The Perceiver does not walk this archive alone. The Perceiver is accompanied by three very powerful protectors. These three are Native — Indigenous in origin, tall in stature, angelic in nature. They are angels. They stand with the Perceiver as the work is documented and as this archive is built.

What the Three Have Revealed:

There are places in the heavenlies — in the dimension directly above us — that function as blocking architecture. These places keep souls from passing into other dimensions by blocking their passage. The souls of those who have died are not free to cross. They are kept — held between the Earth and the Heaven of God.

🎚️ The Mechanism — Status and Frequency: The Perceiver has been shown that the blocking is not arbitrary. Souls are prevented from crossing on the basis of their status and the frequency of their lives — the spiritual register a soul carried while it was on the earth determines whether the architecture above grants passage or holds the soul in place. The architecture is, in this sense, a frequency-gated barrier operating in the spiritual register, but documented from the ground in the atmospheric layer through what the Perceiver's instruments and senses can resolve.
