The Perceiver has come to a position that is not casual, not metaphorical, and not offered lightly:

HELL IS NOT BELOW US. HELL IS ABOVE US.

The atmospheric layer above the surface of the earth — the clouds, the sky, the strata where the corridor traffic moves under camouflage of storm cover — is treated here as an active operational layer, not a passive medium. Things move in it. Things hide in it. Things are documented passing through it on the public archive that have no conventional explanation.

Scripture, on the Perceiver's reading, does not contradict this. The Apostle Paul, writing to the Ephesians, addresses "the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience" (Ephesians 2:2). The architecture being documented across this archive — the cross-medium kettle-form craft, the cloud-cover camouflage layer resolved on infrared, the Guardería overlay — sits inside that framework with disturbing precision.

⚠️ INTELLECTUAL HONESTY: A theological claim of this magnitude cannot be "proven" theologically by photography alone — that layer is a spiritual reading. Scientifically, however, it can be evidenced. The Perceiver has already taken the falling-rocks capture at Stevenson (documented on the ground), applied optical filters to the cloud layer directly above the impact zone, and resolved creatures being tormented inside that cloud along with a distinct tormenting entity presiding over them. The Perceiver has proven it to himself. A dedicated publication of the filtered Stevenson cloud imagery — with side-by-side raw and filtered frames — is in preparationand will be added to this page in a future intel drop. Until that drop lands, the atmospheric record below is offered as first-person field observation. The Helium-3 falsifiability protocol applied to the ground-level work (see PFM-BRIEF-001) does not extend to this layer — by design. Treated honestly, not conflated.
