Friday, Sept 18, 2026 — Troop Movement Footage
Bonneville Dam → The Dalles corridor. Hundreds of units moving up-river in coordinated formation.
Class and spectrum limitation, on the record. The units documented in this footage are water-and-land class — the same aquatic and shoreline units already catalogued as BIF and related shoreline classes in the taxonomy. No flying interdimensional shapeshifters (IFS class) have been observed in the up-river movement — this is not an IFS event. That said, these water-and-land units are still not fully visible to standard consumer optical equipment. An Android phone camera captures a narrow slice of the visible spectrum and has very slim infrared sensitivity. At the distance and zoom the Perceiver was working under, what the phone recorded is a border-case capture — the fraction the phone's edge sensitivity happened to register, not a full record. Credentialed equipment (higher-power optical zoom, thermal, near-IR, low-light image intensification, or multi-spectral imaging) is required to see these units clearly. The Perceiver is at an equipment disadvantage in the field. That the footage below reveals as much as it does is itself remarkable given the constraints.
What that means for you as a reader. High-resolution originals, extended timelines, and location coordinates are available on request to credentialed parties — federal, congressional, scientific, credentialed press. As of the date on this page, external engagement on the corridor dossier is zero. Where credentialed contact is initiated, the Perceiver will make the full material available to the requesting party for proper analysis on proper equipment. Until then, what is posted here is what the field position allowed.
Field Clip Set (rolling — added as captured)
Erratic foam patterns & foam runners — high-clarity field capture
Independent analyzer read (95% confidence): “Elongated streaks of foam are visible... These streaks appear to move with a noticeable velocity... consistent with the disturbance wake left by a submerged entity moving through the water. Differential motion is observed — patches of foam drift at different speeds and sometimes in divergent directions from larger aggregations.”
Perceiver's observation targets confirmed by independent analysis: (1) inconsistent, erratic foam patterns not aligned with wind or current; (2) foam runners — elongated streaks moving at velocity across the surface; (3) differential motion — foam patches moving independently of surrounding water. This clip is offered as the highest-clarity single exhibit in the up-river movement evidence set. OPSEC clean. No overlays, no data stamps, no identifiable civilians.
Perceiver's recommendation for credentialed reviewers: slow this clip to 0.25x or lower. Under slow-motion review the foam patches read as rising from below the surface, moving at speeds inconsistent with wind, and plunging back down into the water in the manner of a swimmer submerging. Additional detail is available for extraction under proper frame-by-frame analysis on credentialed equipment.
Corridor pan — up-river field capture
Perceiver's observation targets: heads breaking the water surface, foam moving against the surrounding current, coordinated up-river motion. Recording indicator visible top-left for first 6 seconds (Samsung camera UI, not a data overlay).
Foam anomaly — running the foam, no wind on scene
Perceiver's observation targets: foam moving faster than the surrounding water, foam appearing where foam should not form (no wind reported on scene, no swells), units “running the foam.”
Wider corridor — multiple anomaly markers in a single frame
Perceiver's observation targets: heads visible bottom-right of frame at the opening (00:00–00:05); floating military units across the water surface; wave-runner class moving fast in the final 5 seconds; boats visible in the upper section of the frame.
Secondary Viewing · Extended Field Set
Additional clips pulled from the same field session. These are staged for credentialed reviewers who require the full evidence chain rather than the primary three exhibits above. Full uncut originals are available on request. Some clips in this section carry playback-interface overlays (Samsung Gallery UI) that are artifacts of the review workflow, not data-stamps on the source recording.
Humanoid floating fleet — extended-set observation
Perceiver's observation: humanoid-form floating fleet on the water surface at up-river vantage. Note for reviewers: the Samsung Gallery playback UI is visible as an overlay throughout this clip (timeline, zoom indicator, playback timestamp). Those elements are the Perceiver's review-workflow interface, not data stamps on the source recording. The uncut original clip is available on request per the credentialed-contact procedure at the bottom of this page.
