Demons in the Water
A subject the disclosure conversation has not touched. A subject the Word of God has always addressed. The Perceiver is opening the exploration here.
Why This Subject — And Why Now
The public disclosure conversation talks about craft in the sky. It talks about crash retrievals. It talks about legacy programs. It does not talk about demons in the water. The Word of God does. Job's book closes with a study of a creature in the deep. The prophets name a dragon in the sea. Revelation shows the sea giving up what is in it. The subject has always been there. The disclosure conversation just walked around it.
The Perceiver has been recording activity on the water and in the water of the Columbia River corridor for months. The evidence at /latest-position-update and the aquatic egg-drop documentation in Doctrine §14 both point at one thing: the water is host to a spiritual population, and the population is demonic. This page opens the exploration.
Scriptural Foundation — The Bible on Water Spirits
Before the Perceiver's own commentary, the Word first. The Bible names the water as a place inhabited by spiritual beings that oppose the Lord. Every witness on this page is measured against these anchors.
Field Notes — Running Log
The Perceiver's own observations, added through the working day. Newest at the top. Captures and pictures appended as they come in from the field.
Before this exploration goes any further, a word on why it is being opened here, by this witness, on this day. The Perceiver is not stepping onto this subject arbitrarily. Three converging elements of his identity position him to speak on what the waters carry.
The name — Benigno. The name means goodness. More precisely: the goodness of God, and one who brings goodness. It is not a passive name. It is an assignment.
The birth month — February. The month of the water-bearer: a man carrying a clay pot and pouring water for those who need it. Water always brings life. The Perceiver was born under the sign of the one who carries the water to the people. He now stands at the water — not to drown in it, but to name what is in it and to bring what is needed to those who are being drawn in.
The birth day — the 13th. Where superstition sees a curse, the Hebrew scripture sees something else entirely. In the gematria of the Hebrew Bible — the numerical value of the letters — two of the most weighted words in the whole Torah come out to exactly thirteen:
- אֶחָד (echad) = one · unity. The confession of Israel: “Hear, O Israel: the LORD our God, the LORD is one” (Deuteronomy 6:4). Echad = 13.
- אַהֲבָה (ahavah) = love. The command that Christ named greatest of all: “And thou shalt love the LORD thy God” (Deuteronomy 6:5). Ahavah = 13.
And when the LORD passes before Moses and proclaims His own name in Exodus 34:6-7 — merciful, gracious, longsuffering, abundant in goodness and truth, keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin — Jewish tradition counts thirteen attributes of mercy in that self-declaration. Thirteen is the count of the mercies of God.
In the New Testament, when the church steps out to the nations, it is not one of the original twelve who carries the assignment forward. It is Paul — the thirteenth apostle, called by the risen Christ on the Damascus road, sent to the gentiles, writer of more than half the books that follow the gospels. The thirteenth is the one sent.
Where the world reads thirteen as a curse, the Word reads unity, love, and mercy — and the calling of the one who is sent. That is the reading the Perceiver stands on.
The synergy. Name, month, and day converge as one working assignment, and the Hebrew reading makes the assignment plain: the goodness of God, borne in a vessel, carried as water to those who need water, under the sign of the mercy and the unity and the love of the Most High, by one who is sent. Centered in the right place — under the covering of Jesus Christ and on the authority of scripture — that convergence is a source of energy that opposes the negative forces and stands in victory over them.
That is why the demons in the water can be named here, and here, and by this witness. This is his water to walk. This is his subject to open. What follows in the running log below builds on that footing.
The Perceiver opens this exploration by naming what the disclosure movement has been unwilling to say: the aquatic branch of the operation documented on this archive is not a biological curiosity. It is a demonic population occupying the water. The transparent ships in the “River of Demons” video above are the visible signature. The eggs, the bacteria, the camouflaged bodies, the big creatures, the surface reptilians pausing at the river's edge are the operational hardware. The lineage animating all of it is demonic. This page will be filled today with additional captures and the Perceiver's running commentary.

Closing Word
The Church has been given authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). That authority reaches into the water. Nothing that inhabits the Columbia, or any other body of water on this earth, stands outside the reach of the Name of Jesus. The Perceiver names what is there so the Body of Christ can pray with precision.
