Five field captures from a single morning on the road. The Perceiver was tracked by a follow unit marked with a railroad company insignia (observed live, not on video), broke pursuit by pulling into a Walmart parking lot, and documented the surround at the tire-center location where the follow made itself visible. Each capture below is the enhanced version — the Perceiver applied a small clarity/exposure adjustment so the anomalies resolve without further filtering.
First-person witness note carried on the record: the follow car had a railroad company insignia and stripe on the side panel not captured by the camera. The Perceiver saw it directly and is on record for it.

The follow unit — white pickup, 0:14 into the pursuit clip · goat-faced passenger visible
Passenger-side mirror capture. A white pickup truck sits right on the Commander's bumper. Front grille and both headlights lit. Screen metadata confirms the pursuit day: Aug 27, 2026 · 7:37 AM. The Commander observed a railroad company insignia and stripe on the side of the follow car in real time — that panel is not on video but is on-record first-person witness testimony. IMPORTANT: the passenger visible in the follow pickup has the face of a goat — classified in this archive as a BIF (Bred Intelligent Fauna): a hybrid biological asset engineered to house a non-human intelligence in a controlled, mobile, terrestrial-compatible body. The foamy film on the blue car — dark-filter reveal (exposure −67)
Extreme zoom on the roof and hood of a blue sedan parked at the scene. Under the Commander's manual exposure reduction, a pale-white foamy coating resolves clearly on the top surfaces of the car — asymmetric deposition with a wavy, undulating texture. Not paint. Not sun glare. A film deposited on top of the vehicle.

Dark head-and-shoulder silhouette against the blue car
Close crop of the same blue car. A dark rounded head-and-shoulder profile is visible at the bottom-left of the frame, adjacent to the vehicle. Reads as an entity holding station against the car. Combined with Finding B, this is the strongest "the vehicle was worked on" frame in the set.

Rotated dark-filter — multi-form surround on the vehicle
Same blue car, rotated and dark-filtered. A bulb-like bright circle sits on the vehicle flank (reads as an eye). A dark reptilian-profile formation appears in the upper-left of the frame. The foamy coating remains prominent. Confirms the surround was multi-form, not a single figure.

Hooded figure in the cloud above the tire center
Sky above the storefront roofline. A coherent hooded / cloaked figure silhouette sits in the cloud layer directly above the building: rounded head, shoulders, body-mass below, bright top-rim halo. Not a random cumulus lump — the geometry is figure-consistent, and the position is stationary on top of the tire center. This is the "demonic force above the tire center" observation captured cleanly.

Ruthton Park overhead — corroborating Josh's testimony
A 16-second field capture from the top of Ruthton Park — the elevated vantage west of the Columbia Gorge Hotel on the Oregon side of the Columbia River. This is the site where Josh first observed and mentally documented the testimony he later gave the archive. The video below is the photographic corroboration of what Josh already saw — moving his account from testimony-only to photographically verifiable.

Why the follow engaged on Aug 27: the Commander was en route to (or returning from) documenting this vantage. The pursuit that morning — the railroad-marked white pickup with the goat-faced BIF passenger detailed in Findings A through E above — engaged because this evidence was being collected. The follow was broken by turning into a Walmart parking lot; the evidence made it home.
